"Well, so far so good. I spoke to someone on the phone and they said my item will ship today (the same day I ordered it). I'll update this comment when I get a tracking number.
Update: 1/15/03 - I received a tracking number and it shows up in the fedex database. They upgraded my shipping to 2-day :)"
