"I ordered a few 16GB Ram Sticks for an ASRock 970A-G/3.1. A couple of them tested bad and I connected with Sam G.I. He was very understanding of situation and also asked that I double-check some steps.
Unfortunately, the sticks still tested bad and he immediately offered a replacement or refund.
I live in the Midwest and received the replacements in a matter of days (not weeks).
Throughout the whole experience, I did not feel upset or have any need to be angry thanks to the excellent communication that Sam provided.
