"Got what I needed from them cheap, but they really haven't figured out how to deal with customers, and they haven't really worked the kinks out of some very basic business stuff like shipping using credit cards. So, they don't accept emails, you have to (surprise!) go to their website and sign like a 3-page legal contract just in order to contact them... then they answer really rudely and you can't reply to them becuase... guess what? They don't accept emails. Theyve got all kinds of weird rules so... expect to be having to deal with this."
