"I called their store from San Diego, CA because the thought of ordering a refurb Thinkpad at their prices seemed like asking for trouble. I did it and am typing this review on a T60 from this firm. The T60 was packed with foam, and worked out of the box. I bought a wireless router and once I figured that out, it's been great. I have no idea what returning it would be like because I'm keeping it. This is a very good company, they gave me what they advertised. "
