"Many games in my order were either less than the lowest or near the lowest of all prices to be found. My only complaint was that of spending too much. They had too many good deals on top of some extra rare games in their wide selection. The "48 Hour Madness" sales are real tempting!"

For instance, when warcraft 3 came out they started it with a price of like 37 dollars. I think that is crazy, but that is what they did. Then it was actually sent out the door until 2 days later, again only because I emailed them to request information on why it was taking so long.
A customer shouldn't have to prod a company to get it's stuff out the door; a delivery that should have taken 2 days will now take a least a week to complete, if not more."

As far as games go, their prices are great. They have 48 hour specials with even BETTER prices and clearance items at ridiculously low prices.
Only problems I have: since they're in CA I have to pay sales tax (no fault of their own) and they don't seem to do preorders. I would love to preorder Dungeon Siege from them but can't."
