At the time, Resellerratings.com did not have this company listed. I actually obtained the name from the Okidata site of retail sites. Reluctantly I took a chance and ordered from CompuDirect.net because they stated all of their products were new and not refurbished. In the end, everything worked out well. Received the printer very quickly and it was indeed new. I strongly recommend this online retailer to those looking for Okidata printers. Very satisfied."
