"Ordered $800 set of UTV doors, they came delivered all smashed up from shipping I assume, unusable. Company would not exchange, said it would take a while to rectify. Received Nov 13, fought back and forth, had to get PayPal involved to settle, finally received refund Dec 10...a whole month of back-and-forth. I gave them plenty of time to resolve without filing a claim. I don't think this would have been the outcome if I hadn't gotten PayPal involved. I missed a winter trip because of this. They told me I would never be able to order from them again! What a threat! Why would I ever order from this company again? Beware! Stay away. It's not worth trying to save a couple bucks here. It cost me more in heartache and aggravation. P.S., They used a shipping company called XPO. Obviously not the best choice if you don't want your goods to look like they were dragged behind the truck instead of within it."

"I placed an order with the company during one of their closeout sales. All of the items I ordered that were on discount, some not even that steep of a discount were cancelled. I don't believe that they had any inventory to begin with and that this was more of a play to just generate traffic. "The jacket arrived in a timely manner (3-4 days with regular free shipping). I followed the suggestion to buy 1 size up and that gave a good fit for me. The reflective material used on the jacket offered excellent visibility, especially at night. The jacket had a waterproof inner lining which was removable. The mesh design allowed the jacket to be worn when the temperature was high (85-90 °F) without one feeling too hot.
The flaws I found in the design were that the shoulder pads would tend to drift posteriorly rather than stay over the shoulders. In contrast, the elbow pads stayed in place. The protection pad at the back of the jacket does not give enough protection and is very thin in design. I was told that I could replace that back pad with a more adequate one (which was sold separately)."
