"Very poor service. Only means of contact is via email or fax. No way to track orders or status. So far no response from emails. They did however send the ordered items at the advertised price. Took 2 weeks to receive.

Over-all will not order from them again if possible but may need to as they are the only US provider of unique aquarium supplies.
