"Bought item and tried to use product but it was broken right out of the box... trying to return has been nothing but grief... I had to pay to ship broken product back to Commercial Bargains they keep telling me they may charge 15% restocking fee, and will only give me partial credit back if item is in good working condition??? WHAT, ITS BROKEN! YOU SHIPPED ME A BROKEN ITEM AND I PAID TO SHIP BACK TO YOU! Now I MAY get a partial refund????? "
