"Bought product through ebay. This merchant ships to someone from our dutch auction, but not to the rest of us. No response to my repeated contact attempts. I have started Paypal remediation against them. They are now no longer registered with ebay and their website has no contact information. The only thing that shows up for contact information on NSI.com is John Lee (****@****) at 1-***-***-**** in California.
Avoid the mistake all of us have made.

"No invoice Number, only Ebay Item #. I have yet to receive this product, and am receiving no feedback from my MANY emails sent to this company. I recieved 2 feedbacks a couple days after my purchase, asking for my Ebay ID, and that the shipping dept. messed up and that they were resending my package. However, now no feedback as to how it was sent, etc. And NO PACKAGE. Very upset with this company at the moment."

Ordered 100 dvd boxes from them on EBAY, shipping time was horrible. 10 days.
Boxes were packed tightly , none broke and good quality. 19.99 for 100 shipped. great deal shipping time HORRIBLE.
Bottom line, if you have 10 days to wait buy from them. If you are running low, spend the extra 2 dollars and check alexatb9 on ebay."
