Then, the shipping label gave the wrong directions telling me to go to a UPS store. I went to two UPS stores and both said they do not accept that label. So I finally went to USPS. Most if not all of the books they sell are instructor edition, but they don't make that clear and if you ask them they will tell you they sell student editions.
I ordered some books last week, and prior to ordering I called them to verify that they were student edition. They said yes, so I placed my order, and they sent instructor editions anyway.
I asked for a prepaid shipping label so I could return them since it was their error, and they told me that I was responsible for return shipping charges.
I strongly recommend that you stay away from this company and avoid doing business with them if at all possible"

I sold a book to them for $12.00. They told me to take the package to a UPS Center - and not a UPS Store as the UPS Store charges an additional fee which they will not reimburse. They said they will reimburse my shipping if I take the package to a center. So, I drove to a UPS Center which is further away than the UPS Store and shipped the book to them. My shipping was $13.71. After they received the book, they sent an e-mail telling me that they do not reimburse shipping because the sale was under $30.00. So, they got my book which they will sell for four times what they paid for it and stuck me with the shipping. For my trouble, I went into the hole $1.71. Do not use this company for any book sales or purchases. I'm contacting the Attorney General's Office in their state."

I am so upset, I sent two very expensive books to them to sell for $60 and i still haven't received payment for them. I sent them well over a month ago, and they keep telling me that its being processed at a facility in Des Moines Iowa. I have emailed them about ten times and they will not tell me what's going on.
