"recently bought a pokemon fossil booster pack from them. about a month after ordering i received a package, and inside was pina colada flavoured liquid vape... so basically was sent the wrong package and havent heard a word from the store, even after e mailing them twice about the issue. i was so excited to be able to have one of these packs as I used to collect the cards as a kid and am so disappointed. So basically if you dont want to be scammed and get the product you actually ordered buy from somewhere else."

"Even though they have good cards at good prices, or even customer service (at times), this place is still the worst place I know to buy Yu-Gi-Oh! card singles (other than Toywiz). It has been more than a week since I made my order and yet the only thing that has happened is having my payment accepted. Apparently, like other reviewers here, they told me the reason it hasn't shipped is because some cards were OUT OF STOCK, even though they were in stock when I placed my order. I think its like some people said, they remove it and then bump up the price, since I saw a card I ordered recently go up in price IN STOCK. It's a shame since they have a good rating, but I'll never order from these people again. If you're like me, in Canada, or even the US, I would rather order from Troll and Toad, CoreTCG, or even GameTimeCC. Big disappointment :c"
"Almost immediately after posting my original review, I received a call from the store. (Though I think that was a coincidence, I don't think they saw this review)
After a little discussion, they have fixed the issues.
At this point, I would say that their only issue is in trying to understand the concerns when expressed in email.
I would have called them if they had an toll free number. - If you do order through them and have issues... don't try to communicate through email. - Send them one email and insist they call you. Then you may be able to work things out. "

"Ordered some booster packs. No notification of any sort in 2 days so i emailed them and they said it was out of stock. It doesn't take much to send an email out. Troll and Toad is a better place to do business."
