"Their ratings system is totally inaccurate. I ordered a '9' camera without listed problems that came to me with cracks, oil in the aperture blades which caused the shutter to stick, very tight film advance mechanism, among a host of other problems. store offered to have it serviced by their 'repair man' who apparently looks over all the cameras that come in. obviously i wouldn't want the same guy who let the camera go out the door without noticing any of the issues to do repair work on it, or pay $50 insured shipping to send it back to the same guy (they don't offer to pay for return shipping for THEIR broken products). i sent the camera instead to an authorized repair center who cleaned the oil out of the aperture blades so the shutter would no longer stick, they quoted me a bunch of money to replace the film transport mechanism. i opted to not pay to have it serviced so i asked CC if they would accept a return. For some reason, they told me that I was on my own after having decided to take it to THE MANUFACTURERS ACTUAL SERVICE CENTER (with receipt proof, mind you). terrible rating system and ethics, do not stand by the products they sell. I heard they buy a ton of stolen stuff and sell it on the internet so they don't get caught selling it locally.

Imagine buying a sony television, taking it to sony because it won't turn on, and then going to the place you bought it from and telling them you took it to sony and because you decided to have sony look at it and not the store you bought it from in the first place, they wouldn't give you a refund. And I notified them I wanted a refund within the 7 day window they require. Crooks, bad business practices.
