To start, after less than two weeks . I received an email asking if I received my order, I was surprised that it shipped without me having any tracking info.
Was told to wait 48hrs if I didn't receive and then contact customer service, I waited 72 hrs and emailed that shipment didn't arrive.
What I received felt like a scolding stating that my order was a 'Special order' and would take more time, Hello?, you sent me an email asking if it was delivered!
After multiple phone calls where I was told each time that it would ship in another week, I got tracking info on the day it was delivered.
So, now I need more stuff and my 2nd order has said that the label was created for at least a week now and still no real tracking info.
Not real excited to see what adventures are in store for me on this one.
Prices are good but hard to please my customers when I can't get an idea of delivery date.

"I ordered an item that is apparently discontinued, but still listed on the website and able to be ordered. I received an email confirmation of the order and another email stating that the tax exempt status was "recorded". I checked on the order a few times and each time it was listed as pending or processing, and the item in question listed as "This item has not yet shipped". I never received an email stating that the order was cancelled or that the part was not available."
