"The previous website of this company is "California Coffee Roasters" (www.freshcoffee.net). Although their reviews here are not good, I have been satisfied with the quality of their coffee for the past three years. Although their service is not that good (late shipping), the coffee was good. Now that they have been "modernizing their new facilities", their coffee quality and customer service is worse than ever.

How bad? It took more than three weeks for them to ship me two pounds of coffee. They did not e-mail me an order number, but asked me for one when I called them. Very rude customer service, that you cannot reach half the time. They changed my order twice because the coffee I ordered was unavailable. After three weeks, they ended up shipping me the wrong roast.

I tried to return the coffee. Linda, their customer representative treated me as if I was trying to scam them. I have been their customer for three years, and never returned any coffee, or even had to call them.

My single worst online shopping experience ever. Avoid at all costs.
