"I felt compelled to write this review since most of other ones are negative. I actually did have a positive experience with this company and my recent order :) It arrived quickly (5 boxes each of 2 brands), special pricing was honored as per promo, contents were exactly what I ordered, and coffee is not expired! I usually don't write reviews but since mine was positive in every aspect, I thought it might give future buyers confidence in this company..."

"This company probably just committed one of the most significant PR mistakes I have seen. As others have said, they offered the deal to everyone but once the deal hit mainstream they cancelled orders and only offered the deal to existing customers. Then if you read the reviews on slick deals the company then offered available units to customers who complained the most. Now all the exposure they received was in the form of poor business practices. I was looking for a vendor that can supply a large group at a University Hospital, guess I should stick with staples."

"Reneged on an order, charged my card and never shipped the product. Lie to their customers, including myself, about the availability of the ordered merchandise. Lied about their Terms and Conditions. Changed the conditions of their orders, policy, and sales after the transaction was completed.

I would strongly recommend against purchasing from this company.

"So their response to a code that they told to "share with friends" is thanks for letting us keep your money for a week, and instead of 50% off, you can have 20% off as long as you buy something from us in a week? This is how coffeecow treats customers. They email a coupon out to people, and say in the email to "share with friends". After an overwhelming response, they send a mass email cancelling their orders and saying that the coupon was for existing customers only. AHAHA.

You honestly think anyone is going to buy something or trust your company after this fiasco? Many people were leery of your 1.5 star rating and you've proven why. At least have some respect and say that you made a mistake and it's your fault that you didn't expect such a response instead of hiding behind the blatant lie that you didn't mean for the coupon code to get out.

So in the end, since they charged my credit card at checkout, waited 4 days to cancel the order, and then waited another 3 days for a refund, they had an interest free loan for 1 week on everyone who ordered this deal who wasn't already a customer.

Horrible marketing and worse customer service. Thanks Coffeecow for showing me that I should have trusted my first instinct. Overall, go anywhere but here. The only reason they have a 1.5 star rating is because you can't give 0 stars.

"Poor customer service. 3 year customer with them and when i got an order of the same coffee i always drink that tasted like dirty socks they said if i found a shipper and paid to send it back tho them they would decide if i get a refund on my purchase but would NOT get a refund for my shipping costs. they sent the turd coffee not me. I found ebay and great sellers who care about you as a customer and who will make it right for less money. Roxanne obviously should never have any contact with customers and is better suited for sorting widgets in a basement somewhere. She has to be kin to someone who needs to fire her."

"Avoid this seller. I purchased a Lavazza Blue machine and coffee and was charged $100 for overnite shipping. I only received the $14 in coffee and was told the machine was coming from Lavazza and was ground shipped. Why would anyone think someone would want to pay $100 for overnite shipping for coffee with no machine??????"

"I bought a Tassimo T65 Brewer from CoffeeCow about a year back and I've been buying my discs from the local department stores. I am not sure why I didn't bother shopping them from CoffeeCow after I bought the brewer but I'm happy I found the website again. The price for Gevalia Morning Roast that my wife and I drink is a little cheaper at CoffeeCow but I get to rack up CowBucks. I love getting the 1% or 5% back on my purchse. The packaged came FedEx Ground and I had it just a day or so after I placed the order."

"I will not order through them again as I got hot chocolate k-cups from then and the best used date was May 2012 which was 4 months ago. I, personally, do want to pay for something doesn't contain a current best used date with a future date on it. I called and they said I could pay to ship it back to them. Umm...no thanks. Great customer service there. She didn't apologize or anything. I think that if they are going to send things like that, then it should be disclosed. On a side note...the k-cup box was open as well."

"This supplier is so inconsistent I giving up on them. It appears you make an order and they throw whatever they want in the box and ship it to you. I have been with them for two years and they have sent me multiple boxes of the wrong coffee. Then they always tell me it was my error and I must pay for the shipping and take the time to go to the post office and pay and ship it. Zero satisfaction. I have many friends that I used to recommend Coffee Cow to. I will now go back and inform all of my friends that they should seek another supplier. My business is not important to them. I am writing this review to warn others not to use coffeecow.com. I am very disappointed since I like a particular brand but when they send me another and make me pay for it........well, bad business. Hope this is helpful to others so they do not experience the frustration I have dealing with them."

"Don't order anything as it takes more than 2 wks to get your order. When you contact their so called customer svc they have no idea about offering customer svc. They keep you on hold for more than 15 mins & think nothing of it. I placed an order 9/1/11 & still waiting for my purchase, which was to be delivered in 3 -5 days. Then I come to find out it should be delivered 9/15/11 but 1/2 my order is back ordered, which I'm just finding out about. The fustrations not worth it & no one @ the company cares... Run don't walk away from this company, terrible with everything go else where, this was my 1st & last order w/ this place."

"I was excited to see the low prices here, but you get what you paid for. I ordered Green Mountain Breakfast blend Decaf, and was sent a Green Mountain decaf Sampler??? I did NOT order this product. When I called the company to rectify this problem I was told to return it (at my expense) and a credit would be issued to my card. The person I talked to claimed to be the Supervisor, but Did not seem to care that I WOULD NOT BE BACK FOR MORE. Very poor customer relations. They take your money and RUN. Poor Business practices."

"I was excited to get coffee for my single cup coffee pot at a discounted rate but after receiving the coffee I realized that you get what you pay for. The coffee was weak, you can see to the bottom of your coffee cup after it brewed. I returned the coffee and was stuck with paying for the initial shipping PLUS the return shipping!? I would not recommend Coffeecow to anyone that has not already tried their products first. :o("

"Coffeecow is a known retailer for coffee but I went to the site after seeing a competative price for Keurig brewers. After applying a 20% off coupon, I had a great price for a machine that was close to the best price seen months prior. The site was quick to confirm the order and ship. Unfortunately the starter pack was not packaged with the brewer as ordered but a quick phone call got that to me within 2 days. Mistakes happen and they dealt with it easily, kindly and quickly. I am very happy with my experience. I would recommend them to all.
