"Placed an order on the 4th , got an email saying part shipped on 6th. Post office said that shipping label was created but part was never received. Have sent multiple emails and got zero responses. Call and was told part was definitely shipped out yesterday, post office disagrees. Surely they check emails, can someone not locate the part and ship it out or just reply with a we lost it or we never had one. There comes a time to cancel and hope another dealer can do a better job. It's just not that hard. "
