"I gave this company my credit card number and was assured they would not debit my account before my order was dispatched. A week later I find out the company had debited my card the day I gave them the details and still had not dispatched my order.
The person with whome I spoke to was very rude and did not see any harm in either being rude or charging my card before my order was sent out even though they had stated they wouldn't.
I cancelled my order and bought the same product form somewhere else.
I will NOT deal with this company again."
