Well, I do appreciate the first timer discount but I did not find the site particularly user friendly and found that discount frustrating. "I initially ordered contacts 6 months ago and it went south. I tried ordering contacts for the second time and had to provide a prescription again. I sent it via email and they still didn't fill it. I wasn't notified it was approved so I contacted via phone and was told it wasn't approved. I mentioned I had the script on file and she said all set then. Received another email that it was pending. Called again, finally discovered I used a different email the first time so that's why they couldn't fill it. I was furious. It took almost 2 weeks to get the contacts. Very disappointed, no compensation offered. Thumbs down. I'll be using another company."

Then when I talked to the next customer service person I was told I only had 30 days to use that discount. Well first of all I had to wait almost 20 days to get my refund credit to my card. After I knew the refund was credited then I could buy a new pair. "

The customer support I got inquiring how to return the unwanted pair and exchange them for a new frame was excellent. I am well on my way on the exchange process and look forward to *hopefully* loving the exchanged pair. "
