"Bought it for a Lexus Rx400h so paasenger could enter data while in motion. Works great for about 15 seconds then greys out so you can't finish entering your address.

"Worst online experience ever. I cannot rate their product (Corvette Ipod Lockpick) as it does not appear to work with my particular vehicle (partially my fault for ordering). Regardless, I have probably emailed coastal e tech 50 times since the order and have NEVER received a response. I emailed them right after ordering to confirm the product would work (after confirming the order I read something that made me think the product would not work). then i emailed them a dozen times for help once I received the product, but never received a response. Finally, I followed their RMA process back in late January and am still awaiting a refund. I have emailed them dozens of times for status, but have not received a response. So, make sure when you order from them that the product works with your car and you are 100% sure you will not need help with the install. I have read that the audio/video lockpicks work great, but be scared if it doesnt work for you!"
