"At least others got someone to reply to them. I ordered a purse and they sent me the wrong one, and a cheap weird one at that along with a wallet that I did not order. They have no phone number to contact them, so I have emailed them about 7 times and still not response. I guess you get what you pay for. I should of followed my instinct when I went to sign out and the grammar was off. I would save your money and not order from this place. The product is junk along with the customer service does not even exist."

"I agree with the reviews prior to mine. Their customer service is very poor, and I only got a return shipping label after many phone calls and e-mails; I found the number to the corporate center. Their products are supposedly authentic as they are made by Coach, but they are no where near the same quality as the Coach purses you buy at Macys or the Coach Store. The factory makes special purses for the outlet online. Will NEVER buy from them again."

"HORRIBLE customer service and return "policy"!!! Don't buy from them, seriously. I boughy a bag, paid 80 bucks +tax and10 dollar shipping. The bag was designed for a 2 year old, it didn't.fit over my arm!! So now I must pay shipping to return it and if I want other bag, I have to pay shipping for that bag, too. HORRIBLE. They're the worst return policy ever, they don't even state this on their website! RIPOFF and SCAM. I was a loyal customer, but after seeing they don't care about their customers, I'M DONE. All I was asking was for atleast the shipping waived for the purse I really wanted (which was more expensive than the one I'm returning) "

"If you want falling apart, poor quality, made in CHINA handbags, then buy from them. Poor customer service, two billing cycles to refund your money, defective merchandise. Customer service reps are rude when you call to tell them you want to return their defective items, they do not even issue return labels, and the very thin material with pieced together FAKE LEATHER trim is enough to make you turn to another brand. NEVER AGAIN will I buy any Coach products as they are not made the way they used to be, before they farmed out their bags to be Made in CHINA. "
