"I ordered a Ciphone C6 and I paid extra for 'express shipping'. I paid via PayPal. It took five weeks to arrive. It was non-functional.

I contacted them, and they offered $20 refund (I paid over $250 including shipping). I refused for obvious reasons. After seeing these reviews, I decided the next step was to go through the PayPal dispute process.

PayPal found provisionally in my favour, and requested I send the phone back via a tracked courier (at my own cost). Once the phone was received by CNDIGIT they would refund me the purchase price. PayPal only had a partial address on file. I recieved an email from CNDIGIT stating 'the full return address details'.

When the phone arrived in China, CNDIGIT refused to accept delivery. PayPal asked for a letter from DHL supporting this claim. I provided a letter from DHL.

After a further delay, PayPal found the claim in favor of CNDIGIT! They found this because the (attempted) delivery address was not EXACTLY MATCHING the PayPal registered address. PayPal do not have a complete address and CNDIGIT deceived me by getting me to change the address -just enough- to invalidate the claim.

These people are cynical shysters who abuse the system to take your money. "

"they just sell crap. I bought an Cipone C6, I sent them back to repair coz after few months the touch screen was not working any more and they did not sent it back to me. They say they repaired it and sent it without tracking number...but after 3 months Im still waiting and they do not give any other solution...crap stuff and bad service. Do not buy anything here!!"

"bought 2 ciphone c9 from this store and cannot use the phones at all because of they will not work as phones. No signal when other phones in same room are working fine. I tried phones with both T-Mobile and AT&T and same result. The seller continues to blame the phone company for the issue to the point that they will not even issue a return authorization for a warranty return to have them checked. I gave up and just figured my $450 for the 2 phones was a lesson learned. I'll just but the real thing from my provider. Beware of this seller...you have no recourse and they simply will not do anything about the defective product they sold me."

"Ordered a clone mobile. Shipment (to Northern Europe) was quick and traceable, customs slowed things down a bit. Phone looks good and works OK, quality may be lower than original, but the price also certainly is! Communication with customer service is excellent both for shipping and technical matters. I would certainly buy from them again."
