"I'm giving this company 4 stars, which is very generous in my opinion due to what happened with my purchase experience. First of all, I bought a Mercedes scanner with touchscreen pad from them without ever looking into their company or check the web to see what other people were saying. So stupidly I made this big purchase, to a company that I have never heard of, based out of Hong Kong.... Right. Stupid. A couple days later I figure "oh shoot, I better check what other people have to say", well seeing what other reviews from other websites were saying got me really nervous. Just around the time I finished reading all these horrible reviews and stories I received an email from said company saying "we got your shipment sent out, but there's a problem. We think we switched your order with someone else. So if you receive some Nissan software let us know so we can give you the other person's address and you can swap it out." Now I was definitely freaking out. Swap it out!?! I live in California, this other person lives in Nebraska. I'm thinking this is all just a complete scam. I'm probably going to receive some CD with" Nissan software " and when I try to get my order their going to " have a hard time getting the other person to send me my stuff " and it's not their fault, but they're truly sorry.. Anyways, the next morning the other person text me, and the company was as apologetic as they could be I guess. The other guy did in fact receive my order and I his. I sent his 2 day Air which he returned the favor and did the same for me. Once I received my order it was all there and its working like I wanted it to.. So I guess the moral of this story is, maybe I got lucky, maybe the company did just make a mistake swapping the orders. Whatever the case is in the end I got what I wanted, and for a really good price. So just be careful when ordering through this website. Maybe even use a credit card that has buyer protection on it.. "

"Terrible. They use a third party processing agency to allegedly process payments. I bought an item, opted to pay a fortune for shipping from China, and followed through with payment on the payment service they sent me to.
8 days later, after I should have received the product, I finally was able to get ahold of their tech support (who are always "offline") and the lady said I never paid. I said, "Yes, I did...", and she never responded further. Now I need to buy somewhere else, wait around again, AND watch my credit card statements for fraudulent charges from their sketchy non-payment processing service. AVOID, AT ALL COSTS!"
