"Just wanted to write a quick review of this seller. Anyone who has spent much time with the hobby of RC aircraft knows that most of the merchants in the industry are Chinese websites with low prices but pretty much non-existant customer service. Phone calls are never answered. Items are listed as in-stock when they aren't, and these places take customers' money and often won't ship an order for months, and even when orders to ship, they're shipped with the wrong items and the merchants make customers pay return shipping, "restocking fees" etc even when it is the merchants' fault. Generally, the experience is horrible, and sometimes outright fraudulent (check out the reviews on this site for XHeli, HobbyPartz, HobbyKing, etc for examples).

ClubHeli, on the other hand, is a breath of fresh air in comparison. Their prices are somewhat higher than the other sites (not terribly so though), but the customer service absolutely makes it worth it. My order for a helicopter and a bunch of spare parts came out to about $8-10 more than it would have from one of the Chinese places, but the following experience was worth it:

I wanted a bunch of particular items, and when I went on the website, one of the items was listed as out of stock. There was a button on the webpage to put my name on a "waiting list," which I did. Also, just out of curiosity, I called the phone number listed to ask about the part, and *someone actually answered and spoke English!* The lady I spoke with said they were going to be getting the part I was looking for back in stock the following week, and if I had my name on the list I'd get an email when it was back in stock. Turns out not even two days later I got an email saying the part was back in stock. I placed the order, received a shipping confirmation the same day, and the order showed up on my door two days later (I am located in Massachusetts, and it turns out this seller is located in Pennsylvania). The order was well-protected in a rigid USPS flat-rate box with bubble wrap inside.
