"Ordered a laptop which arrived a week late. Sent the laptop back on arrival for refund (box unopened). Cloudtoronto authorized the return (after a number of phones calls and emails) and promised a refund, but the refund was never completed through Paypal. I was then asked to supply my bank account details, which I did. But even with my bank details, and after several weeks and more emails exchanged, still no refund."

"Bought a flash drive from them online. 3 weeks after (!) they told it was on back order but it is shipped. 5 weeks after - nothing. They told they posted a refund to my PayPal but PayPal never received it! 6 weeks after - I am still hoping to get money back. Service sucks big time. They don't answer emails (had to write several times), don't return phone calls. Emails come from different people who call themselves Country Sales Manager and Customer Advocate. Suckiest business ever! Worst online shopping experience!

Be aware that good reviews can be written by the company employees. Nobody would write a bad review about themselves. So there is no trust in good reviews!"
