Design Expert Alicia Lutz is excellent to understand our needs of wardrobe. She did home consulting to design the wardrobe for us. She exactly read our mind that what we want. She designed according to. Alicia gave special priority to our project & set the installation date earlier. The installation team showed up on time & spent whole day instead of half day on installation. Even our ceiling were not straight & they had to spend more time & hard time to install crown molding on wardrobe. But some how they manage to install it without damaging anything. It’s hard to notice the difference. Installation team were very courteous & polite. They moved all the parts & tools in & out very gently. After installation, they cleaned everything so well. Even they didn’t have enough parts, but brought in next day & finish installation. Even owners of the company are excellent & very polite.

"I got 3 quotes. The Closet Factory was my first one. I told them I was getting other quotes and they encouraged it. We made a couple of tweeks to the original design. They did not want to stop until I was completely happy with my design. The never acted as if I was bothering them with the thousand questions that I asked. The closet got installed on time. The installers were clean and professional. What little mess they did make during the install was cleaned up. I know a couple of people who were on the fence about spending the money for a custom closet. As soon as they saw mine, they wanted contact information to get one started for themselves. I would recommend them to anyone. Bill and Laura were great to work with!!"
