"Just placed an order for a Zigview S2 today.

Haven't received product yet but I have to say the buying experience has been fantastic up to now.

Jobeth made the purchase a joy!

Incredible knowledge about the product, how to match it to my camera (cables and triggers) even mentioned battery options.

Any questions that went beyond Jobeth's knowledge (the Zigview S2 is a new product), it was refreshing to have someone admit that they didn't know and call the distributor or email the manufacturer to get the answer.

They have a 30 day return policy for any reason which is also an extremely good plus!

They don't charge cards till product ships so a completely wonderful experience!

I will update when I get product but whether the new Zigview works out or not Climax definitely made a new customer for life!

10/16/2006: Update! Recieved my ZIGVIEW. It was packed wonderfully without those stupid styrofoam peanuts that attach themselves to everything with static (I hate that!).

Everything was there as promised!

JoBeth and Randy were terrific at keeping me apprised about status of my order and even when split the order when not everything came in (Vendor's fault on a new item, not Climax Digitals!).

Really a great experience, highly recommended!

Last update:
I had to return the Zigview S2 I bought (incompatable with my Nikon D200.).

Since you really see the face of the store when trying to return an item more than the smiles and giggles of the purchase when they get you money, I have to say Climax must have had one of the most beautiful faces I have ever dealt with!

They took back the unit no question, didn't argue but did offer helpful ideas and made sure that I wasn't making a mistake with the unit(also proving they are reallying into the products they sold, I mean they actually read manuals!) and couldn't have made the return process any easier or painless if I were family!

They even offered to pay for the return shipping and all shippings concerning the order!

The product didn't meet expectations but the company far exceeded them!
