"I ordered the Smartjoy Frag for XBOX, and the controller extension. I received it within the week, with their USPS First Class mail. Very good company. Good confirmation, easy to broswe website. The product itself worked great with a WIRED keyboard and mouse, but when I used my WIRELESS Logitech MX Duo, where was lag, and it was unplayable. I recommend the store, and the product.

"Purchased a super joybox 5 from Cliff Racers. Item received nicely packaged, but determined to be faulty. Worked out a replacement via email communication. Staff was friendly, helpful, and quick. Replacement product received in a timely fashion.
Only downside is that I had to pay for return shipping, but this is clearly stated in their store policy. I believe Cliff Racers did pay for the shipping and handling for the replacement item.
