They had the section and seats we wanted and when I called, I got through quickly and spoke with a very nice rep. She helped me with the whole thing and we got our tickets!"
"This 3rd party retailer allows their patrons to sell standing room only tickets for hundreds over face value!!!! I bought 4 tickets for over $800! They were Packers vs Bears tickets SEC 432 SRO-which I later find out means standing room only. The tickets are garbage and dirt cheap. I got scammed. Only use this site if you don't do your detective work and find out the exact values of tickets before purchase...this site can't be trusted because people are trying to make hard cash on innocent people. I'm out $800 because I have to miss the game for school and nobody will buy standing room only tickets. They need to monitor that and/or allow me to revoke my ticket purchase from the buyer. When I emailed them, they instantly told me there are no refunds! I can't afford to use this site again!!!!"
