Does not respond to emails.Hence if you pay to them then your money will be locked and If you don`t get the item then you lost everything as you cannot contact them by any channels.

"Their communication was terrible according to my experience. I bought an unlocked iphone from buyspot.org and after 10 days, when I was expecting my order to arrive, I contacted them to realize that the item is out of stock! They wouldn't have bothered to contact me if I had not followed up. Then, I asked them to cancel my order which they agreed. But after a week, I didn't receive a refund. I contacted them again and they said refunds are usually processed in 3 day!! After waiting for an extra 2 weeks, I finally decided to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.
Although they responded to my emails (The customer service phone line is always busy and the voicemail box is full. So you can only contact them through email!) in a timely manner, there was never an effective action. I guess they are so disorganized. I hope others would have a better experience with buyspot but I won't try it again. Expect trouble if your order gets out of the routine procedure. "
