"I ordered a DVD recorder and never received it. I called customer service and e-mailed customer service and sales for 2 weeks never getting through or hearing from anyone. I finally sent an e-mail cancelling the order I don't even know if anyone got that. I checked with my credit card company on the payment but they never even submitted my order. DONT SHOP HERE "

"The product was advertised as in stock and was promiced to be shipped in two weeks. I made purchase and my credit card was charged on October 17.

After three weeks of waiting customer representatives started giving different explanations why product still was not shipped and when it will eventually happen.
Ron (Monday, Nov.7): "It takes 21 business days to ship, but we will ship today or tomorrow". John (Tuesday, Nov.8): "There was tornado in Florida, but we will ship it today". Justine and his manager Josh (Wednesday, Nov.9): "A shipping mistake has occured. The product must have been shipped directly to you by one of our shippers, but it was shipped to us. We will get it and resend to you with express shipment on Friday (Nov.11)". However, when I called on Monday, Nov.14 the product still was not shipped. I cancelled the order.

I would like to inform the community, that Click4TVs.com is a daughter company of BigOnDigital.com (1641 McDonald Avenue Brooklyn, New York 11230; http://www.bigondigital.com). My credit card was charged by that company and Click4TVs customer representative confirmed their relationship. BigOnDigital has unsatisfactory reputation with BBB. So, Click4TVs might be an attempt to escape from bad reputation without making improvements.

"This store offered a low price for the item, but took their sweet time sending it out. When, after two weeks of waiting I hadn't received my order, I waited on hold forever, then spoke to a guy that lied to me telling me that it would be shipped that day. This not being good enough, I offered to come pick my order up, since I live in the same city. He said he'd call back. He never did. I called again and he told me the product was not in stock and would be shipped after the weekend. When I told him to cancel the order, he had the cheek to notify me that he would do me a favor by waiving the restocking fee. Thanks for NOTHING. Avoid these people. Not worth the savings."

"I placed an order for a 42" plasma display with Click4TVs on 8/03/05 and couldn't believe how unprofessional they were. I received an email with my invoice that my order had been placed, but no information was given about when the order would be shipped. A couple days later, I received another email telling me to call Click4TVs in regards to my order. When I called them on August 8th, they asked for my order number and when I gave it to them they brought up the name 'Richard', whom is definitely not me. So I gave them my name and they brought up the correct order and asked for the security code on the back of my card, which I gave. Immediately afterward, the operator said, "You know, ordering that TV is like ordering a bike without a kickstand," meaning that the stand that was shown on the site with the TV was not included. The site made no reference to this. I wanted to cancel my order but then they said there was a 7% cancellation fee, which sparked an argument between me and a very rude operator who wouldn't let me speak. He insisted that the cancellation fee was in the Terms and Conditions agreement, but I was never directed to this agreement while placing my order on the site. After being coaxed to order the $170 stand along with the TV, the operator told me that there would be a 5.9% insurance charge on TOP of the shipping and handling since the TV had to be shipped by freight, which was also never mentioned while ordering. It's been two days since I finalized my order and I have still not received any information on the progress of the shipment. This is, hands down, the worst place I have ever shopped from and I would be happy to convince any other shopper to stay away from their seemingly low prices."

"I placed an order over internet for DVR on July 13th with credit card. Two days later I see email that I should contact them. They asked me for the three digit code behind credit card which I provided them and they said the shipment will be on its way tomorrow. I wait, no delivery, I called them on July 21st, to find out where does my shipment stand. They relplied that the order has been cancelled and you will be given credit. They never bother to send me email or call me to let me know that they don't have product to ship. I will never buy from them again. Today is August 9th and they have not issued the credit and I am disputing this charge from my credit card company. They were the cheapest priced but it is not worth the aggravation. Think before you buy from them. "

"****WARNING**** posible personal data collector
I have placed my order on june 8 2005 and i received an authomated email about my order with the above order number.on june 16 2005 i called because i have not recive my order or any information concerning that my items been sent or not.I called the store of course been put on hold many times not one not 2 but more.I was told my items was never shipped and they asked me for security code on credit card,I asked why don't you call me on the phone or email me telling me that you need the security code? their answer was they don't do emails!!!! i was really so disapointed about the answer and they were so rude and they cancell my order
when i call again try to talk to customer service other than sales I got same person.
I notice the website does not have any information regarding your order.click on order info you get same page as help.
This is a place that they collect information about you and i will report this as a suspected online fraud.I will never order from a website that doesn't have a BBB logo.there is a lot of BAD businesses that that do online business but they don't do email DUH!!!
