"I have been very disappointed with this company and their products thus far. I bought a Roomba battery from them and charged for 2 or 3 days straight and it was still dead. I reset the charging mechanism in the Roomba and charged it for 2 or 3 more days and still, the battery they sold me is dead. I left CleverVac a voicemail yesterday and sent an email with no response to either. I'm wondering how valid this company is when they don't even have a voicemail greeting set up for their customers. I sent the email with a delivery and read read receipt and apparently they don't monitor their email either. What kind of company is this? The better Business Bureau is getting a call about them if I don't hear from them by the end of the week. "
