Terrible warranty return service on 2 defective IR camcorders

"I bought 2 IR camcorders from them and both had the micro USB port break off and fall inside. I contacted Cliff who said he would replace both of them. I never heard from him again and he ignored continued emails. I hope they are out of business."

They sent me an open box with under rated batteries and when contacted, never took ownership of the problem.

"They sent a clearly opened box and never took responsibility, trying to blame the carrier and/or customs. The box was mangled, the included batteries were 1700 mAh instead of the specified 1900 mAh and when I asked them to get me another battery as compensation, they totally ignored the request. They were passive aggressive saying they never ship opened merchandise, yet here I am with one that is. The outer box it came in was obviously never opened but the interior box was. The Camera wasn't in its protective bubble wrap sleeve or in its wrapper. Some of the protective plastic sheaths were missing and one of the batteries was already installed. The memory showed as full even though there wasn't a memory card in it.
This is a scam company that should be avoided at all cost!!!
