"I had an incredibly frustrating parts department experience. I ordered a part online, went in to pick it up, and it wasn't what I needed in its entirety. I bought a battery hold down that didn't include the screws or bolts. The guy took forever and wasn't very helpful. He didn't seem to know what he was doing. He finally told me the screws were $29 and I almost lost it. I don't believe that could have been correct. I just walked out! I won't go back."
