"Good prices (if you don't need the instructions) and I recieved the software quickly.

The issue I have is they do not ship the box, or instructions. This is not obvious in the product description. Only when I did not recieve them did I click on EVERY thumbnail to figure out that instructions would not be included.

Without instructions it cost more in the long run than going to a brick and mortar store and paying retail rates.

Recieved no comment when I said I felt it was a bait and switch. They even use a photo of the product box when explaining the product."
