We are currently on business day 17 and still have no tracking or status update. I’ve emailed their customer service department 3 times not to no avail. Avoid. "This was not a reputable website that I would normally have done business with since they just started the website late last year and have no history of selling on the web according to ScamAdviser.com. Be careful with this site - they have no customer service and don't respond to emails and their website insinuates that they are located in Texas but as noted on ScamAdviser it is being hosted in Canada and the actual location is unknown.
My wife found this site so we could order the granddaughter some "so-called" Tapestries (I call them nothing more than colorful prints on thin bed sheets). I had found the same items on eBay from Chinese Sellers and selling for about half of what Clarios was asking but assumed that since the "About Us" portion of their website states: We are a online store which provides quality products to all our customers from Texas, USA. I actually expected that for the price of their items they actually carried inventory in the USA and although I was paying at least double from the eBay price I should get the item quicker than ordering through China. After well over a week with no response from their Customer Service concerning when my items might ship I sent their CS Department a note asking for a response as to when my order would ship but I got no immediate reply and then several days later I received a Chinese Tracking No. so it became obvious that this Seller which never responds to emails was just ordering these items to be dropped shipped from China and in the meantime doubling the price of the product but adding no real value for his involvement at all. One of the two items finally showed up in the mail about a week ago but the other tracking no. for my second item which was generated a few days after the first one has not shown any movement out of China since the no. was first sent to me. I was lucky enough to have paid via Paypal which offers the buyer some protection from purchases like this and the Paypal site had the seller's name (Middle Eastern Descent) mentioned in the dispute section where I filed a complaint - he kindly asked me to drop my dispute since he provided me with a tracking no. that was not moving through the mail system in China - sorry but I'm not sure where he is from but I don't just take the word of someone that is drop shipping their merchandise from China.
You've been warned if you choose to deal with this seller, next time I will just deal directly through eBay since I know eBay has a solid history of protecting its' buyers from people selling merchandise that never arrives."
