"I bought and had a car alarm installed by this establishment. But when it malfunctioned and I went back, there were totally unhelpful and basically said, leave your number and we'll give you a call when we get an opening to help you. They never called me back. They were friendly initially when they knew they were going to be able to sell me a new $500. alarm but their support and service after they've got your money is totally non existant. Also, the people who work there are complete jerks and act complete unhelpful and inept."
