"Apply for one of our great financing. This is what they say on the site. So I did apply for a tv and camcorder. I was approved on the 6th of Dec and they want a loan fee to process it. So on the 9th I seen that a debit was made on my account for the amount said. Well it said that I would be contacted with-in 7-10 days with the contract, but I had no contact in alotted time, so I did a search and found alot of bad reviews on ripoffreport.com on them. So I emailed them about a refund and I got nasty replies saying I was somebody else. Very poor customer service and poor contact methods. Only thing that came out good of this is that they did give me a refund. "
