"STAY AWAY if you value customer service. I doubt any of the positive reviews are people who had anything go wrong with a product they bought from Cignot.

I bought an expensive Ego-One and it constantly weeped fluid out the side. I was told this was "normal" and you have to keep the fluid filled "just right". What e-cig should leak fluid AT ALL?

Heres' a list of the TEN things wrong with it -

1. It weeps/leaks fluid. You clerk told me it has to be filled "just right". I wasn't overfilling it - it just has to be kept at an almost "perfect" level not to leak, even not enough fluid and it leaks. (That's what they said is how it works - that it's "normal" to leak that way... but I find it leaks all the time.)
2. It holds a small quantity of fluid - needs frequent refills. This is made especially bad by having to have it filled "just right" not to leak. 3. The threads lock too tight. I had to use a rubber jar opener to get both of the threaded sections apart at various times - even though I didn't tighten it down too hard to begin with. 4. The air adjuster moves too easy - has to be constantly put back where you want it. 5. The button presses too easily in pocket. You have to do the five presses to lock it out. My ego-c never had this problem. 6. It gets too hot. It you take a number of "hits" in a few minutes, the coil heats the metal too much. 7. The atomizer gets loose when opening to refill fluid. This means you have to check it each time you fill it with fluid, also resulting in getting fluid on your fingers. 8. The battery doesn't last as long as expected. It give solid hits for only a short time, then it's no better than the cheap e-cigs. 9. LED is impossible to see in direct light. You absolutely can't see the led in normal/bright light since it's behind the button. 10. Very difficult to see fluid level when filling except in good lighting. The little windows are of almost no use to see the fluid level.

I presented these issues to them - in person and via email - and they said all of them were "normal" and I just had to pick up the "learning curve". They said it was a case of me just "not liking it" and wanting to exchange it. Sure. Right.

I had been buying ecigs and fluid from them for years - and they're great until you have a problem - then they tell you "We're not Walmart.... no returns."

I showed this product to the owner of another vape store and he agreed that the product was faulty in many areas.

Customer service is about how you treat people when something's wrong - not how you do when everything is peachy. I contacted the owner and she had the nerve to compare the defective Ego-One to wanting to return a fluid that you didn't like the flavor of. Ridiculous.

There are so many place to buy locally or online these days with normal return policies (and better prices) that it doesn't make any sense to buy here. I was trying to support my local "Brick & Mortar" store in this case - I've been a customer since they opened and have spent hundreds of dollars there - but no more.

"I ordered an E-cig kit from Cignot.com for my brother who wanted to try to quit smoking after 15 years of smoking a pack a day. Vicky (the owner) is AMAZING! She is so knowledgeable and helped to ensure that I got everything he would need. We ordered an Ego-C starter kit and some extra "juice". The order arrived in 2 days! She even included a personal hand written thank you! Amazing!"
