"be aware of these Thieves they have been charging me $14.95 a month for a membership that i never signedup for. i never got anything from them for this membership and when i call them they refused to refund me.
so check your credit card statment if you see a cherge for $14.95 call your credit card company and file for a chargeback from these crooks

"Ordered cigars and received quickly, however it was not even close to my order. Contacted them and was told I would have to return at my expense and would be reimbursed. Ok.
Did that, was told my order would be over night. Didn't happen. My order was for a short golf outing. When I returned the following week. Contacted them again, shockingly there was a mixup..l they would ship out over night...you see where this is going right? Still no cigars and they should have received my return..still no cigars I'm out 90 bucks for cigars plus 10 for thier mistake.. calling credit card company tomorrow..
Moral of this story.. do not buy from them..

Over ten years of business Gone!

"I have been buying from CI for over ten years. However, i recently placed an order, to only find online that after a week, my order still has not been shipped. I called the company to determine what is wrong. I was then informed that my order been placed on hold for what was identified as an "audit" by the company. According to CI, they found that I owed $23 from a purchase over a year ago. Now, keep in mind that my typical purchase is $300 to $400. And this purchase was not the last one made. I had since then ordered and received a shipment. No more audits for me from this terrible company."

"They overcharged me $120 in strange increments weeks apart all unrelated to the actual cost of my order. Customer service is horrendous and never gave the money back. Statements read as "Cigars at Saucon". Avoid them. "

Great selection & fast shipping

"They have a great selection of cigars and they ship fast. The only con is returning is a bit of a hassle, as you have to call them, and the one time I did return cigars I had to call them again to get the return processed. But overall, I still like the service & selection."

"Ordered and charged for $400 box of 20 Davidoff received 4 cigars not sealed no Humi Pac
Called Customer Service Mgr Mark responded I can send you 6 more and 10 more to make an order of 20 cigars !!!!
Cigar Int should close their doors or find another line of business

No Customer Service

"I have spent over $10000.00 over several years at this company. They always shipped within a few days. I placed an order on 1/1/2021. All items were in stock. It's now 1/15. Tried to call customer service, no answer. Sent out 3 different emails, no answer. I don't know what's going on at this company, but it's not good. I had to go to a local cigar shop to purchase my cigars. I spent a little more money, but I got my cigars. I will never order from this company again."

First and last order

"Ordered 20 cigars and paid 2-3 day priority shipping, 4 business days later called and they lost my order. They put a replacement order in for next day delivery, happy with that. I called the following day at 3pm because I haven’t received the order. Rep said my order was waiting for payment. I told her I paid for the original order and this one was supposed to be shipped yesterday for delivery today. They never even submitted the replacement order and it never shipped. So now I’m going to receive my order 2 weeks later after paying for express shipping. The only good thing is I asked for a refund of the shipping I paid for. Rep offered me a credit on my CI account and I said I’m never ordering from CI again so it has to go on my card. Cigar international just lost a customer. "

First and Last Order

"Placed my first order on 11/12/20. Confirmation said they would be delivered on or before 11/20/20. All items were listed as in stock. On 11/21 I called to just check, not angry, and the order hasn’t even been processed yet. They didn’t seem overly concerned about it. Assurances given the order would be shipped on 11/22/20. I’m just going to shop locally from now on. "

IT SHOULDN'T BE THIS #$%^u&ioe*!xr%*&!*&!drfghjk HARD TO SPEND MONEY!!!

"Have ordered from here before & it was OK.
Been trying to order some cigar samplers for the last few weeks but no joy.
I get Age Verification is a big deal but doubt it stops anyone who really wants to smoke from doing so.
In any event I've now input/added 4 methods of payment but the orders never proceed (we can't verify your age from the payment method or similar)

OK BUT there is no methodology on the site to submit Gov Issued ID to complete this process AND the hold time is loooong without a message saying you're no 79 in the queue OR the opportunity to leave a message.
There's no CHAT function AND they don't respond to emails.

Are you actually required to kiss someone's **** to spend $$$ here??!!

Horrendous Customer Service

"Horrendous Customer Service. I was notified that my CC had expired after placing an order on 7/17. I replaced the expired card information with the new info on the same day and notified Cigar International Customer Service via their contact port.

I've left them 9 requests via email and their contact port with nary a reply.

CI has traditionally been good with product quality and shipping times, but their customer service has been a thorn in my side numerous times, non-responsive / inflexible.

My latest inquiry:

I updated my card on Friday,7/17 . Please use the new card on file.

Horrible Customer Service

"I order a bunch of Cigars on May 24th. Received them shortly after. One was a gift set with 2 Whiskey Glasses. Both glasses were shattered when I received them. I called on June 9th to ask them to send another set out or refund me. They said they would send another set out right away. Here it is July 3rd and I have spoken to them 3 times since with nothing refunded to the item resent. My resent order is stuck in processing online since June 9th. I sent a message to Customer Service on June 27th and have not heard anything back. The last 4 days I have called and been on hold for over an hour without being able to get through. Will no be doing business with them ever again."

Progressively getting worse

"I have been buying cigars only from Cigar International for years and i was always happy for most parts so i kept going back. Cigars were shipped in a timely manner and i received them in a timely matter and was very predictable. About 3 months ago i ordered cigars and i kept waiting for an email confirming shipping and waited about 5 days and nothing happened. So i called customer service who lied to me by saying that my cigars were being shipped out that day. Two days went by and nothing happened so I cancelled the ordered. I gave them another chance by placing 2 orders in a row and getting them in a timely manner. I placed another large order of over 100 cigars last Tuesday night. Again waiting for shipping email which never came. I called customer service on Sunday who told me that there was a hold on my order but she didn't know why and that department only works Monday through Friday. She told me she was going to transfer my call to their voice mail and to leave a vm and i would get a call back. I called again this morning and got vm and left another vm. Never heard from anyone again. This tells me they really don't care about losing business and i spent a lot of money with them every month. I called back again late afternoon and i was on hold for almost 15 minutes, so i finally hung up and send an email cancelling my order. Its a shame because i am loyal guy to people that have good service and don't even shop around and buy what i like because of good service. It was fun while it lasted. Time to move on to someone with better service. "
