"Ordered cigars ten days ago, and my status with Cigar Liberty, has not changed from pending. I tried calling them at ***-***-****, the phone number listed on their website and all it does is give a busy signal. I tried sending them an email four days ago and have yet to hear anything back. Unless there are big changes, I recommend not buying anything from their website. "

"Placed an order a few days ago in attempt to acquire a discontinued cigar they listed in-stock.

However, like previous review (which I did not see prior to ordering) they do not respond to inquiries either by phone (constant busy signal) or by email.

If you were google map the street address listed on the site there is no store front in the strip mall or sign. also cannot find any history of them ever being in that location.

My order is in “PENDING” status and if anything changes I will update this review.

I’m not going to hold my breath for a positive outcome.

"Liked the name. Liked the prices. Did an internet search to see if they were legit. Appeared that they were.
Placed an order for a box of cigars. Didn't hear anything for 4 days. Checked the website and it said order is still pending. Emailed asking when it would ship. No answer. Day 5 I called their number several times. Only received a busy signal each time I called. Emailed again instructing them to cancel the order. No response as of yet. Watching the card I used carefully. Strongly suggest looking elsewhere."

"I played an order on Tuesday morning at 3:35AM - My credit card was not charged and I emailed asking for a status on Wednesday. Thursday I email and request help through their web site and still they ignore my contact. Friday the send me an email that my order is CANCELLED without replying to any of my messages. The product I was ordering is still in stock on their web site.

These people have zero customer service skills and you should find a retailers who understand customer service before giving these selfish **** any business."

"I recently ordered a box of cigars.I quickly made my offer on 1/9/13 and waited anxiety, you guys contacted me through email within hours stating you needed 24hrs to review my offer and you also needed my address for shipping purposes. On 1/10/13 I received an email stating I was going to be getting a call on 1/11/13 by a customer service representative to complete my order over the phone and what time was best for me to receive the call. On 1/11/13, I received the call ! The transaction went very smooth, the representative expressed concern on shipping the cigars in a timely manner without putting the cigars at risk of being damaged in anyway. He offered me a cheaper price on the 2 day air shipping and a request for a signature on delivery. Then he also made sure to hold them till Monday and ship them that day ,so the cigars wouldn't sit on Sunday !! Shortly after the call I received an email with a invoice showing my recent order and a tracking number. On 1/16/13 morning I received an email reminding me my order would be delivered that day. The box came nicely labeled fragile and the contents were safety package inside as well. I have never had such great customer service with any of my cigar purchases,Cigar Liberty put me first . Im very very pleased with my order and your remarkable service, you truly put your customers first. Your Reps level of concern for keeping the cigars safe and shipping them in a timely manner without putting them at risk of drying out is remarkable as well!!! I will highly recommend you guys to my fellow BOTL!!!"
