This is a BS company that just keeps on delaying and a big ZERO for customer service.
They took my money in April and never received my cigarettes! They no longer want to send me cigarettes and they keep on stalling saying that they requested a refund to go back on my card and it has been 7 months and still no money or cigarettes!!!!!
They don't care about their customers and being a company outside of the USA there is absolutely nothing that we can do to take proceedings against them!!!!!

"I have been ordering cigarettes from this website for about a year now.
I remember back when the cigarettes came from Europe the shipping time increased to 25-30, but that is still OK. They are worth the wait. I am sure the largest factor in it is just America's slow processing time. America sucks :P I am not sure if you are aware, but the USA is making smokers into monsters. Too many uneducated housewives with nothing better to do but complain without foundation sit around their houses while their husbands work and they write flood letters to public officials about how they don't like the smell of cigarettes I guess, and to justify it they exaggerate health risks.
p.s. -- I recommend your site. Keep you in business :)

"Got to order on this site. Yes it is a little longer to receive the ciggies, but well worth it. Haven't had that problem with these guys yet, but its all part of the experience and normally covered by sellers. Prices are great and service is way above average. If there are some ciggies missing, they automatically resend them. "

The tracking numbers i received were fake and when I tried to track them they showed as never being shipped. I sent emails to try and get a reship or refund but they do not reply to the emails. I have sent them a lot of emails to find out why it has not shipped. Posta md in Moldova shows it still has not shipped to the usa.I called my CC company to day to see I can get my money back from this SCAM web site. When you send them an email you get a smart ASS,answer it not there fault wait a few more days.BUYER BEWARE"
