"I placed an order on the 30th of January i was sent an email saying my order was shipped on the second when i tracked it it still says shipping label created and its now the 7th i called Cicihot customer service and they were not helpful they could not tell me if my item actually ship all they said was maybe the postoffice did not update there site. Donot order from them they have poor customer service and they are rude and not helpful. I want my money back. It is now the 12th of february i have yet to receive my item still waiting. How Is it you order something from CA and it takes 2 weeks or more Donot order from them."
