Service going downhill

"I'm experiencing criminal negligence currently in one situation. I mailed a $1,000 cheque for deposit to a branch where I had a US$ account. No results after a month so I phoned. Turns out they were just sitting on the cheque and doing nothing with it. It would have just expired. Turns out they had closed that account, without informing me, contrary to my instructions. The manager, Michelle, "didn't know what to do", so just did nothing. Now they said they could deposit it into my Canadian account. This has not been done after two weeks. This is at the Cityplace branch in Winnipeg.
The problem here is "gender equality". Females are not fit for management.
I've had a ton of trouble over the years due to obnoxious and incompetent females at various banks, and many relationships have been destroyed.
Another problem currently is ATMs that don't use envelopes. They fail to accept some items which are valid, which could be handled if personnel were processing the envelopes.
When converting foreign currency there is an extra fee of 2.5% by banks. As if the electrons in computers cost them that much to process.
