"I ordered a new King James version thin line reference Bible , when I got the Bible I was very happy the Bible was beautiful even the box that it came in was really nice it opened like a book so you didn't have to dig inside and and pull it out you could just slide it out by the binder. I've been reading a large print for about probably 37 years so as soon as I opened it I could tell immediately that it wasn't a large print, I turned it over and looked on the back at the features and one of the features says right out clear and readable 10-point New King James version comfort print . That is so deceptive because large print is 16 to 18 anything over that is giant print . I called and the lady just argued with me and argued with me and told me that large print is 10 points and I know that it's not so I just told her heck with it I'll keep the Bible and I'll give it as a gift to somebody young that can see it but I'll never do business with them again I asked her just email me a return label and I'll return it oh no we don't do that unless it's our fault well this is your fault!! I believe they're trying to stop making large and giant print so they're trying to convince people slowly but surely weaning people off and convincing them that comfort print is just as good as large or giant print but it's not it's just darker and for me it's just a darker blur !! I forgive them and I'll pray for them but I'll never do business with them again !!! "

"bought a large print on Aug. 8,23 came a few days later. Not a red-letter edition, as hope for . sent it back by ups for a full refund $ 50.14. called them on the 27th of aug ,23 said it was back at the warehouse told them I wanted a complete refund . to date nothing was heard from them I even called them after the 27.
