"Just don't waste your time. I was all excited about ordering the bra and trying it out. I ordered and about a week later reached out for the status on my order. They got right back to me with the info. Fast forward about a month later the package was marked delivered but there was no package. I have reached out multiple times and nothing. No one has responded about the missing package. At this point I don't even want to try the bra I just want my money back. I am a loyal customer and will purchase from one company every time I need something. How does any company expect to have and/or keep returning customers like this?
UPDATE: I did receive a response which a question I answered and since then haven't heard back. I emailed in the same thread asking for a refund at this point because we aren't getting anywhere and crickets. The communication is horrible with Chumbo and so is the service as a whole. It's so easy to make customers happy but just as easy to upset them. I made a purchase, do not have my product and I am now being ignored."

"I found about this particular bra company from a tiktok ad back in May. I placed my order for 2 size 44G bras. I just received my order today, June 18 and they have to be A or B cupped bras because no way can a G cup breast fit in either one. I have reached out to the company via email but from the reviews I am seeing below, this company is scamming us. This is not right and something must be done."

"I purchased from this co. I requested a refund along with a return label. Order was placed on 5/5/22 and rec'd it on 5/31. Size was completely wrong. They said I could either have the shipping deducted from total or keep the item and receive $5 refund. After requesting that the shipping be deducted and after 25 emails sent and no response from them. On 6/10 they sent me an email letting me know they would refund me $5. They are a total scam do not trust them. It's not about the money it's the principal and there lack of doing business in bad faith. TRUST ME THEY DID THIS ON PURPOSE.
