"This is the worst shop online I've ever seen. First, they confirm an order of a pair of Marc Jacobs flats that they didn't have. Then they sent me an e-mail saying the order is out of stock (have they ever heard the word updating?) and they suggest I switch to another pair of shoes (uglier but equally expensive). I wrote to them and said I thought it was very unprofessional of them to sell something they do not have and make a lame attempt at convincing me to switch to another product I don't want. So I say I want my money back and they communicate me that my money will be returned and that I am not welcome at their store anymore! For shame!"
