"I ordered a Canon Powershot SX110is digital camera from this company, and the order was pending for over a week. After a series of calls, they tried to offer me a refurbished camera, and I said I would wait a few days for the new camera to be in stock. They didn't ship it or contact me, and I couldn't get in touch with them for two days. It was only when I emailed them with a threat to investigate internet sales fraud that they replied and said that they would not be able to fulfill my order. They didn't charge my credit card, so that was good, but it was an overall bad experience. Most likely a BAIT AND SWITCH operation. I wouldn't recommend them."
