"Bought a Cube U30GT2 RK3188 Quad Core 10.1 inch tablet. The tablet didn't work good from the start. After some communication with Oklot, I applied some firmware updates; which did not help. The tablet just had an internal defect. I sent it back to China, but never had any reaction again.

"I ordered a phone on on May 19th. Through Pay-Pal i send to to zhao ju ding (oklot) $246.00 USD. They send me the phone on May 20th. The packet arrived to Athens and the next day they send it back to oklot [( i don't know why. all the information was correct (address, phone,...)]. After waiting more than one month i send a mail to the responsible selling Ms Emily and she ask me the order track number. I response at once sending all the information. After that (10 July) i had no answer. i mail them dozens of times but never answer me back. The point is that the phone went back to oklot but they did not send it back to me again. I told them that if there is an extra charge i would gladly pay the price. Nothing. It's a shame to not existing organization of warehouse. I will not assume that something else is going on. Postscript: the phone was a birthday present for my wife.... i hope she will get it NEXT YEAR !!!"

"You may buy there, price are attractive and service is OK (quick answer with moderate but acceptable English, fast order processing).
But note that send for fix will be real pain and most likely you will loose your money or at least a part of it.

In my case fixing on android phone took more than 2 months and phone returned had miss-functional GPS just as it was before send. The buyer do not agree on some compensation nor on partial refund.

In short - forget about 1 year warranty on android devices there, it just does not exist"
