"Avoid: poor service, appalling response time, poor quality product.

Exchange rates on web-site are wrong (so you get overcharged). Ordered item, turned up quickly but was faulty on arrival, took literally weeks to get them to respond properly to my questions, always a huge delay between responses (a week or so). Sent package back and they claim it still hasnt arrived and its 40 days later (should have taken around 14 to get there). Wouldnt recommend buying anything expensive and/or complex from them.

Currently out-of-pocket a few hundred dollars and more than a little irritated with them. Writing this review as I dont expect to see any replacement/reimbursement/response from them. Will stick with Deal-extreme in the future, where i've only had one bad buy from dozens of purchases and the customer service is somewhat better.
